A 12-speciality multispeciality clinic in South India relied on walk-ins and reception phone calls for appointments. Their old website was 8 years old, slow, and had no booking system. We rebuilt everything end-to-end.

The clinic ran 12 specialities across two floors with 18 consulting doctors. Their previous website was built on a legacy CMS in 2017 — it loaded in 8–12 seconds on mobile, had no SSL certificate, and the "book appointment" link was a broken mailto form that never worked.
Virtually all appointments came via three reception desks handling 250+ phone calls per day. Patients reported 40+ minute hold times before reaching a receptionist. There was no way to book with a specific doctor — the receptionist assigned whoever had a gap, leading to frequent patient complaints when they saw the wrong specialist.
New patient acquisition was almost entirely word-of-mouth because Google searches for local speciality doctors never surfaced the clinic — each speciality had zero dedicated content pages targeting search intent.
We rebuilt the clinic's entire web presence from scratch with a Next.js marketing site, CMS-backed content, and a patient portal:
If we ran this project again, we'd invest more time up-front in migrating historical patient records into the new portal's database. The clinic currently has 7+ years of patient history on a legacy desktop system that isn't integrated — patients who had appointments before 2026 don't see their past visits in the new portal. We'd also integrate with their lab equipment vendor APIs directly so reports publish automatically instead of being manually uploaded by clinic staff each evening.
