A Series-A US-based AI analytics startup launched off a single Webflow landing page with low demo volume, no blog SEO, and no structured feature pages. We delivered a full enterprise-grade marketing site.

After a Series-A fundraise, the startup's marketing surface was still a single Webflow landing page thrown together during YC. It converted at 0.3% of traffic to demo bookings — enterprise buyers couldn't evaluate the product because there was zero feature depth, no comparison between tiers, and no social proof beyond two generic testimonials.
The founding team wrote technical content on Medium, but it didn't drive sign-ups because Medium posts don't convert (no in-line CTAs, no gated content, no lead capture). Their target keywords around "AI analytics for customer churn", "LLM-powered cohort analysis", and "automated retention modeling" had no owned landing pages — competitors were eating the organic search traffic.
On the operational side, Webflow form submissions came into a shared Gmail inbox. Nothing synced to HubSpot — leads were manually copied into deals by a junior ops person every Friday, with 15–20% falling through the cracks and no attribution tracking.
We delivered a full enterprise-grade marketing site on Next.js with TanStack Router, a scalable MDX content engine, and deep HubSpot integration:
If we ran this build again, we'd ship a changelog/newsletter page alongside the blog. The team wants one now, and the MDX infrastructure is already there — it would have been a near-zero marginal-cost addition during the initial build. We'd also architect the MDX content pipeline to support i18n from day one, because the startup is now expanding into the EU market and will need German and French versions of the marketing pages without a rebuild.
